Refund and Returns Policy

All sales on jasminoliver.com are final. We do not offer refunds on any orders. Exchanges are only considered in the specific circumstances outlined below. By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Physical Products (Books & Accessories)

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are only available in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • An item is missing from your order
  • Your order is confirmed as lost by the courier

We reserve the right to request supporting information before approving an exchange.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@jasminoliver.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where applicable


We will review your request and be in touch within 2 business days to arrange a suitable resolution.

 

Lost Orders

Once dispatched, delivery is managed by third-party courier services. jasminoliver.com is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control including weather events, postal strikes, or international shipping delays.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional 7 days before contacting us. If it has still not arrived, email contact@jasminoliver.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier. Where an order is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or re-delivery where possible.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
  • United States: 10–20 business days


These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays beyond our control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Details

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address or personal details at checkout, please contact us immediately at contact@jasminoliver.com with your order number. We will do our best to amend your details before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes and jasminoliver.com cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. In this instance, a replacement or re-delivery will not be issued.

 

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)

All digital product sales are final. Once purchased and accessed or downloaded, digital products are non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at contact@jasminoliver.com and we will resolve it through re-delivery of the file.

 

Non-Eligible Claims

We are unable to process exchange requests for:

  • Items returned without prior written approval
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout and the order has already been dispatched
  • Claims submitted outside of the stated timeframes above
  • Sale or discounted items unless arriving damaged or with missing contents

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. Customers in Australia are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers in the UK are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers in the USA should refer to applicable state and federal consumer protection laws.


Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce. jasminoliver.com does not store payment details.
